Meditation is a practice or act of concentrating being aware of self for various reasons by various means.  It is estimated that over 20 million people meditate in America.  Studies have proven that mediation has shown to help reduce: blood pressure, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and depression; also to improve: concentration, happiness, immune response, mental focus, self-confidence, and increase awareness of one’s higher spirituality.

There are numerous types and techniques of meditation, the most commonly known to be Zen, Mindfulness, Transcendental, Loving-Kindness, and Qigong.  

We offer special guided sessions of a type of transcendental meditation for beginners as well as those experienced with meditation.
